How to Reset Your The Isle Evrima Server

This guide shows you how to reset your The Isle Evrima server — a process that wipes all saved data and reinstalls the server files from scratch, giving you a completely fresh start. This is useful if your world data is corrupted or your server is in an unrecoverable state.

Warning: This process is irreversible. All server data — including the world save, configuration files, and player progress — will be permanently deleted. Only proceed if you are certain you want to start over. If you are unsure, contact our support team first.

Steps to Reset Your Server

  1. Log in to the NolimitHost Game Panel at https://panel.nolimithost.cc/ and select your server.
  2. Stop your server first — a running server may recreate files or keep them locked, so stop it before deleting anything.
  3. In the left sidebar, click File Manager.
  4. Select and delete all folders and files. The File Manager should be completely empty when done.
  5. In the left sidebar, go to Settings (or Advanced → Server Actions).
  6. Click Reinstall Server and confirm the action.
  7. Wait for the installation to complete — this may take a few minutes.
  8. Return to the Console tab and start your server.
Tip: If you want to preserve your configuration before resetting, download your Game.ini and any other important files via SFTP (a secure way to transfer files to and from your server) before clearing the File Manager. See our SFTP guide for instructions.
