How to Update Your The Isle Evrima Server

This guide shows you how to update your The Isle Evrima server so your players always have access to the latest content, bug fixes, and balance changes. On NolimitHost, your server automatically downloads the latest Evrima update each time it starts.

Updating Your Server

To apply a new Evrima update, simply restart your server — the panel will pull the latest version on startup. Restarting just means stopping the server and then starting it again.

  1. Log in to the NolimitHost Game Panel at https://panel.nolimithost.cc/ and select your server.
  2. In the left sidebar, click Console.
  3. Click Stop to shut down the server.
  4. Wait a moment, then click Start. The server will check for and install any available update before booting.
Note: Update downloads may take a few minutes depending on the patch size. Monitor the Console tab — the server will log its progress and start automatically once the update is complete.

Keeping Your Client Up to Date

Your Steam client must also be on the same Evrima version as your server. Steam updates The Isle automatically, but you can force a check by right-clicking The Isle in your Library and selecting Properties → Installed Files → Verify integrity of game files.

Version mismatch: If you receive a version mismatch error when connecting, ensure both your server and client have finished updating, then try again.
