How to Change Max Players (Rust)

This guide shows you how to change the maximum number of players who can join your Rust server at the same time. If players are being turned away because your server is full, this is how you make more room.

Step 1: Open Game Panel

  1. Log in to the NolimitHost Game Panel at https://panel.nolimithost.cc/
  2. Click on your Rust server to open it

Step 2: Go to Server Options

  1. In the left sidebar, click "Server Options" — this is where your server's main settings are stored

Step 3: Find Max Players

  1. Scroll down to find "Max Players"

Step 4: Change the Number

  1. Click the field and enter a new number
  2. Common values: 50, 75, 100, 150
  3. Click "Save"
Important: Stop your server first before saving, so the running server doesn't overwrite your changes. After saving, start your server again from the Game Panel so the new limit takes effect.

Your server player limit is now updated. Keep in mind that a higher player limit needs more RAM and CPU, so make sure your package can handle it.
