How do I upgrade/downgrade my service?

You can upgrade or downgrade your hosting service at any time through your billing panel. This guide explains the process and how billing adjustments work.

Upgrading or Downgrading Your Service

Step 1: Log in to Billing Panel

Visit your NolimitHost Billing account and log in with your credentials.

Step 2: Select Your Service

In the Billing Panel, click on the service you want to modify.

Step 3: Access Upgrade/Downgrade Option

On the left side of the service details page, click on "Upgrade/Downgrade" to see available plan options.

Step 4: Choose Your New Plan

Select the plan you want to upgrade to or downgrade to.

Step 5: Complete Payment

Follow the prompts to complete payment for the adjustment.

Understanding Upgrade/Downgrade Charges

How Billing Works

The upgrade or downgrade charge is calculated based on:

  • The difference between your old plan price and your new plan price
  • The number of remaining days in your current billing period
  • A pro-rata calculation ensures you only pay for the time you use each plan

Next Billing Date

Once your next billing date arrives, you will be charged the full rate for your new plan.
