This guide explains how and when a service is canceled on NolimitHost. Because all services are prepaid, there is nothing to "unschedule" from — a service simply stops when its paid time runs out, or when you decide not to renew it.
Important: All NolimitHost services are prepaid. None of them renew automatically by default. Your credits are only ever taken when you renew a service yourself (manually) or when auto-renewal is enabled on that service. If you do not extend a service before its expiry date, it expires and any remaining data is permanently deleted.
How Cancellation Works (Prepaid Services)
There is no cancellation request form to delete a prepaid service right away. Instead, cancellation happens when you stop renewing:
- Your service runs for the exact period you paid for (for example, 1 month).
- When the expiry date arrives without a renewal, the service expires.
- After the expiry date, a grace period may apply while your data is still recoverable if you choose to renew.
- Once the grace period (and expiration date) passes without payment, the service is permanently deleted.
Steps to Stop Using a Service
If you want to let a service cancel itself, simply stop renewing it:
- Log in to your Billing account — Visit your NolimitHost Billing account and log in with your credentials.
- Open your services — Click the Services section in your billing panel and find the service.
- Do not renew it — Leave it unrenewed past its expiry date. The service will expire and, after the grace period, be permanently deleted.
- Your credit balance is not charged — As long as auto-renewal is not enabled on the service, your credits are never taken automatically. Credits are only deducted when you manually extend a service or when auto-renewal is turned on.
Check auto-renewal: If you want to make sure a service expires without touching your credits, confirm that auto-renewal is disabled on that service. With auto-renewal on, credits will be taken on the expiry date as long as your balance covers the cost.
Warning: Once a service is permanently deleted after the grace period + expiration date, its data (world saves, configurations, databases, and all files) cannot be recovered. Download anything you want to keep before the expiry date.
