This guide shows you how to renew your service so it keeps running without interruption. NolimitHost uses a credit-based billing system: you top up your account with credits, and those credits are used to pay for your services.
How Billing Works
- Top up your credits — Go to the Credits & Billing page in your billing account to add funds.
- Renew your service — From the service management page, you can either:
- Extend manually — pick a billing period and confirm. The amount is deducted from your credits, or
- Enable auto-renewal — once on, credits are charged automatically before each renewal as long as your balance covers the cost.
Renewing Your Service
Step 1: Log in to Your Billing Account
Visit your NolimitHost Billing account and log in with your credentials.
Step 2: Top Up Your Credits
Go to the Credits & Billing page and add enough funds to your account to cover the renewal cost. Your credit balance must cover the full amount for the renewal to go through.
Step 3: Open Your Service Management Page
From your billing account, open the service you want to renew.
Step 4: Extend Manually or Enable Auto-Renewal
- Extend manually — Choose a billing period (for example, 1 month) and confirm the renewal. The amount is deducted from your credits immediately.
- Enable auto-renewal — Turn on auto-renewal so your service is renewed automatically. The credits are charged on your expiry date, and the renewal only succeeds if your credit balance covers the cost.
What Happens If You Don't Renew
If your service is not renewed by the expiry date:
- Your service will be suspended.
- If a grace period applies, your service will be permanently terminated after the grace period.
- If there is no grace period, your service is terminated immediately.
Important: Make sure your account has enough credits before the expiry date. With auto-renewal enabled, the charge is attempted on the expiry date and only succeeds if your balance covers the cost — otherwise your service will still be suspended.
Tip: Top up your credits in advance and keep an eye on your expiry date to avoid any interruption to your server.
