How do I change FiveM Server list language / location?

This guide shows you how to change your FiveM server's language/locale setting, which affects how your server appears in the FiveM server browser.

Steps

  1. Log in to the NolimitHost Game Panel at https://panel.nolimithost.cc/ and select your FiveM server. Go to Management > File Manager.
  2. Find and open your server.cfg.
  3. Stop the server from the Console page first, so the server doesn't overwrite your changes while you edit files.
  4. Locate the sets locale line (or add it if it doesn't exist) and change root-AQ to your desired locale code.

Common Locale Codes

  • en-US - English (United States)
  • en-GB - English (United Kingdom)
  • de-DE - German
  • fr-FR - French
  • pl-PL - Polish
  • cs-CZ - Czech
  • es-ES - Spanish
  • pt-BR - Portuguese (Brazil)

Save the file, then start (or restart) your server from the Console. The locale will update in the server browser within a few minutes.
